2001 Cummins VP44 performance

Hey guys, did some quick searching with limited info. We just bought a 2001 Sterling ramp truck for my shop with a VP Cummins and a Fuller 6 speed. We've already talked about upgrading the lift pump to a FRRP Raptor pump or something along those lines, but was looking to get a little more out of it. The truck is rated at 225 horse but is a serious dog towing on the hills around here. Do the tuners like the Edge EZ for a Dodge work on the Sterling? Or are we better off going with some of the RV injectors? What about the boost foolers that plug into the MAP sensors?

Thanks for the input

I've seen chris (http://www.competitiondiesel.com/for...ber.php?u=1049) mention one of his trucks turned up.

RV275 injectors would be a good start.

Thats what I was thinking as well. They are easy enough to change afterall. I will have to look into it.

I think it might be worthwhile staying away from electronic upgrades with the VP44 being so fragile.
