leaking injectors

my injectors are leaking on two of them. coming up from the hold down nut. I need to take them out and loosen and retorque the nozzle end I guess. any other ideas on getting them to not weep? just put them in a few weeks ago and was smelling diesel, but took a few weeks to start showing up.

It's almost always the return gasket leaking and fuel running down onto the hold down nut.

Lately I've gotten a few sets of injectors from a really well known company with the nozzle retaining nuts loose. I would check those, throw a new washer on the nozzle and a new U washer on the return and you should be good

If the nozzle retaining nut was that loose it would have shown on a leak down during testing.

well I think I got it. one return line leaking slightly, and one line nut. seems to be good now. Thanks.
