We made ours work, but it was on the 360 in an 03. JTEC, not the (forgot the other processor)

It does look like flood damage. I have bought a few flood trucks and it def looks like it. Clean title doesnt mean anything. That just means the owner didnt turn it in on the insurance.

The orange mud in every single crevice spells flood to me. You can also see it underneath and how someone tried to power wash it off.
