3126 oil in fuel

I have a cat 3126 that is getting fuel in the oil. The injectors were changed for this problem about a year ago but it never went away. It gets quite a bit, IE: after an oil change and about 1,000 miles it will be about two gallons low. What other ways can this get oil in the fuel? It's HEUI by the way, and thanks in advance.

Your right it does, what the hell am I talking about? I really mean oil in the fuel. I don't see two contradictions though, just the one.
