5.9 Commonrail parts list

Standard bore block, needs bored/sleeved, $350, plus freight.

Standard crank, needs cut .010-.010, not scorched on any journals, $250, plus freight.

Cylinder heads, 5.9s or 6.7s, no cracks that I can see, $400 each, plus freight.

CP3s, have several, $175 each.

Injector CORES, mostly 2004.5-2007, $40 each.

2006-2007 5.9 valve covers, $100 each.

2006-2018 rocker boxes, $45 each.

2006-2007 AUTOMATIC transmission cooler lines, from the lower outlet to the rear trans cooler inlet, $100/set

Oil cooler cover/filter head, $40 each.

4wd engine mount brackets, one left and one right side, $65/pair.

Pressed tip rocker arms (no plastic retainer) for 5.9 or 6.7, $120/set.

Block adapter plate, fits automatic from 2003-2007, or G-56 from 2005-2015, $125.

Complete 2006 longblock 5.9, has blowby, no turbo, CP3, or injectors, $1250, with injectors and CP3, $1500, plus freight.

2003 engine from ahead of an NV5600, good running condition, no accessories such as alternator, starter, A/C compressor, ecm or harnesses, $3000, plus freight.

Also have other miscellaneous 5.9 and 6.7 parts available.

I meant to mention that anything NOT marked "plus freight/shipping" is FREE SHIPPING.

Lots of good parts here that's just going to get tossed in the scrapper, or go to the core buyers.
Hate to waste it, but eating is eating and iron, aluminum and plastic doesn't chew well, nor does it taste very good. LOL

I picked up a 12 ton hydraulic puller from harbor freight to pull one of these gears off of a junk crank. Worked very well.

12 Ton Hydraulic Gear Puller

2005, 130,000 mile, 5.9 standard bore bare block, with pistons.
It turned a bearing on #4, otherwise bores are nice, 1 piston just touched and has light marks on the top, but should be okay, or I have another piston.
Block with pistons, no rods, $550 plus freight.

Crank from above, needs cut .010-010, $200.

2 or 3 odd 5.9 blocks, all need bored or sleeved in some fashion, $300/obo each, plus freight.

2003 engine from ahead of an automatic, has ~ 130,000 miles on it.
It's VERY, VERY RUSTY on the outside (PA snow plow truck), was running, but had a bad injector dumping fuel, no accessories such as alternator, starter, A/C compressor, ecm or harnesses, $1800 PLUS FREIGHT.

Also have other miscellaneous 5.9 and 6.7 parts available.
