Dv ?'s

I have some questions on dv's. My pump is a 215 pump it was flowed and set at 490cc with full cuts. That's how I bought it. On the street they are terrible choke out my 70mm bad, high egts. I am looking for advice to make it better. I am thinking about tring 191's or even 181's. I am also going to changed turbos as fund allow. Just looking for advice and help. Engine runs awesome in the truck just very smoky and high egts. I have a 6 speed in it. Thanks in advance also running right around 20 degrees of timing, 150 horse schied injs and 93 lines
