Hey everyone I recently did a p-pump swap on my truck but running into a couple problems. my trans isn't shifting and none of my gauges work. I know for a fact my trans is ok I can manually shift it 1st and 2nd only though. my dash lights work and I tried to hook a scanner up to it and it wouldn't connect. I grounded my ecm directly to the battery I just Put a bolt through one of the mounting holes with a wire and ran it to the battery is that good enough of a ground? the only things that aren't plugged in on my harness is my vp plug and the data link. starting to think maybe a bad
pcm or ecm ? kind of lost right now any input would be awesome Thanks!
