Yea. It looks alittle goofy. But if it works I’ll run it for awhile. It was cutting 1.6-1.7 every pass on the old setup. And I lost over 200lbs off the front end. And roughly 140-150 of that was rolling weight from the wheels.

What it does is shorten the time it takes for your chassis to react, squat, and launch.

Well. Had another set back Friday. Messed up something in the trans. Will be pulling it tongiht to find out. Truck lost 5mph consistent in all my passes. Checked line pressure after the last pass and it was at 65psi. Pulled the pan yesterday and it wasn’t very good. We will see how it looks when I tear into it later. Hopefully nothing to major! However tho. One good note my new electric water pump is working great! Made 3 passes right after each other and truck barely broke 190*

Me to. I could put new fluid and filter and get by for a bit longer. But I’d rather do it now and spend alitte then mess up more trying to limp it

Ended up being the thrust washers. Had to much play on the intermediate shaft assembly. It’s been a busy week but the trans is back together and hopefully making more passes tonight.

Got two passes and it started pouring rain. Was playing with tire pressure. Ran a 7.26-7.30. Something came loose on alignment and had deathwobbles when I woudl slow down

Got some better gov springs on the way. Time to retire the 4ks. Weather pending might try to race the truck this weekend at foothills diesel shootout if anyone is planning to go!
