Window switches going south

My window switches are going bad from the rain water gettin on them after all this time. Is there any way to fix them or is it just a replace them kinda thing..

we just replaced all 4 in the wifes truck , she's all happy nowLOL

Well I decided to pull them out and dismantle them, cleaned them up a bit and sprayed that electrical cleaner stuff all over them. Ill put them in tommorrow and see what happens. They actually didnt look all that bad no real corrosion at all? We'll see...
