Vacuum system help

So I'm trying to trace a vacuum leak and need help identifying stock parts and what was added to the system. When I bought the truck it had an exhaust brake which I removed when I was doing performance upgrades.

It has a dual spool valve, which I know isn't stock, that has been tee'd into the stock vac pump and the vac line that runs along the firewall and into the cab.

Then there is a diaphragm/pump under the battery on the driver side that connects to the spool valves and also connects to the throttle linkage. It doesn't connect to the cable running into the cab, but connects to the second cable connector next to the throttle cable. The diaphragm has wiring and a connector that looks as though it could be factory. Is it factory?

I've attached pics of the parts in question.
1998 24 valve auto 4x4
Thanks in advance.

First two pics must be from the EB. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th pic are your Cruise Control Actuator.

Awesome thanks. Glad I asked before pulling it out haha. Now just to trace and undo the stupid amount of wiring and splices from it.
