He'd only have to polish the tops. Something like this is what always comes to mind. Then he'd have more time to polish his pud.

I always thought they didn't do aluminum because they don't handle heat as well? I am probably wrong lol

If there is enough heat in a differential such that a billet aluminum cover can't handle the heat....I think there are more problems that "cover design."

I've always wanted extra capacity covers to hold more fluid since I tow heavy a lot but have just never had money to toss at schidt like that.

What I mean is I thought they heated up faster than the cast? Either way I think factory covers do just fine.

Probably so. I've never had a factory one fail while towing 25-35K behind the dually.
