Driveshaft tubing thickness?

That would depend on many things....

Hp, tq, 1st gear, weight, and length along with shafts highest speed it will turn....

I asked what is the thickness of YOUR drive shaft tubing, but I guess I should have been more specific.

What thickness of drive shaft tubing in your dedicated puller?
