I just bought one for a customer truck this spring from Cummins and then bought the 24V style front breather from Dodge all for less than 100 bucks.

For reference :
12V oil fill covers come in three flavors.
One has an oring for the seal on the bolt .
One has a grommet for the hold down bolt.
One has a filler neck.

Prices vary from 15.00 up to 38.00

Valve cover with oil fill cap, cap not included, was about $15 a couple years ago from Cummins.

Yep the 15.00 cover is the one with the inset grommet.
The one with the oring is around $40.00.
