S475/96 t4

Hey guys, how do we go about arriving at an s475/96 t4 turbo? Do we start with a t6 s475/96 and machine the CHRA and t4 turbine housing to fit the larger wheel or can my s475/83 t4 turbo be converted to the larger wheel and my current turbine housing machined? Thanks in advanced. If anyone here does the service, feel free to shoot me a PM with an estimate.

What conclusion did you come to? I have a 75/96 I’m trying to fit on my T4 manifold. Thanks

I sent mine to FI and they milled down the back side of the chra and slapped on a 1.0 t4 for me. Pretty reasonable too.

Few different companies that will machine a t4 housing for a 96mm wheel. Midwest turbo I believe does, Stainless has it on their website, as does Barder.
