thats a great attitude to have. The man give agreat piece of advice. It will be alot easier to put thelift pump on while the side is tore down. My personal opinion is to run the fass only until you can afford to upgrade it. This will clean the motor up and get the extra crap out of the way for the injector lines. The fass will be fine as long as you just drive it. Tim

I dont think the tappet cover with the breather on the back will work since you need to move your ecm to the last tappet cover stud... Im pretty sure when we were converting Warpig's truck he bought a tappet cover he couldnt use....

Take Smokems advice and run only the FASS, get a 40LB spring and be done with it, once money allows, upgrade the pump to the 150gph.... Its bad enough we're using used injection pumps....

Nah. I'm good.

And the tappet cover is free and if I can make it work I will and if not it's no big deal.

If the pump lasts me a week I'll have gotten my money's worth out of it. Right now I'm doing this on a budget. Once some funds replenish I'll look into getting a new lift pump.

Ahh didn't even think about that but that's good advice. Thanks.

How's your truck running? I'm getting really anxious to get this one running.

I appreciate it. Once I dive in there I'll figure out what I'm gonna do. It's not a must have item but if I can use it I'm going to.

Gotcha. I'm gonna have my "non QUALITY" injector guy go through mine and clean them and pop them to "non QUALITY" p-pump specs. Hopefully that happens before the swap but if not it's not a big deal.

Shows your lack of knowledge right there. A member on this site had me test a set, well known brand, 3 fire, 3 don't, out of the box the pressures were;

260BAR
260BAR
250BAR
250BAR
255BAR
270BAR

All would fall in your category of "p-pump specs", but I'm sure you knew that. Again, keep up the good work > 500.

Smokem if all your gonna do is come in here and talk crud then you are more than welcome to go find another thread to do it in. I'm gonna send my injectors to my guy and let him toy with them and you lost a customer cause I was looking at your DV's but after that BS you pulled in the chat room that one night you lost any respect you had with me.
