Well, atempt # 3 at getting a drive shaft yoke for the Ranger was a bust. Unfortunately, I have the most unusual transmission on the planet apparently. Even called John Wood, and he told me its a difficult one to find.

Scott, I am looking for a drive shaft slip yoke for a 2005 Ford Regular cab longbed automatic, 5r110 transmission. It is the yoke that slips into the tranny. Ford has sent 3 out, and they were not the right ones. 34 spline. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried anywhere up here? There's a place called Standard Transmission and Gear, they're awesome. Also, alot of people swear by Fort Worth Gear and Axle.
Standard (817) 625-7109
FW Gear and Axle (817) 625-8878

Dont say that Dalpilot, I am installing the same trans as you and have yet to find a yoke like that.

Fort worth Gear and Axle can get pretty much any yoke but they dont look it up by application, you will need all the specs on the yoke which I dont have.

I plan on looking tomorrow while I am home for the weekend and will let ya know if I find anything.

That's the best thing to do to prevent any other failures.
