Some good looking trucks guys. I picked up my '13 a month ago and love it. Me best mileage so far has been 15.9 hand calculated.

First tank home hand calculated was 15.3. Breaking in the engine and building heat on the open stretches. 15.7 second tank with same procedure. Third tank so far around 17.5.
On a side note the coil suspension rear rides great. Hard to say better or worse than my 2006 duramax. In some situations it is smoother, others you "feel" more. Always stays more planted. Even comparing the two is great. It hasnt been common to compare dodge ride to gm. No complaints so far. I really liked the auto dimming headlights and wipers.

My Dad just went through his first tank yesterday 15.7 hand calculated but the longest stretch the truck has been driven is 20 miles. So I'm hoping over time h can get it into the 17 mpg range.

Its definitely a nice truck. I love the push button start and huge stereo screen, But I thought there would be more room between the throttle pedal and floor board...

Hard to compare a tuned truck to a stock one just off the lot. Does pretty well for what it is.

Adam, I didnt realize yours was a 14. Its a nice truck for sure. Where did you get yours? I already put 1200 miles on my 13 since wednesday and i was getting 17.4 hand calculated by my most recent tank, first tank was 12 really. Im curious how those coils will be towing as well...

I picked it up at Dave Smith in ID. Have 1050 miles now. Looking around 17.5 mpg with mixed town and highway. Def gauge hasn't moved yet. I take back my statement about the coil not being much different. This thing is a damn caddy. Stays planted always. 20mph over speed bumps? Doesn't matter. I'm not easily impressed and I can honestly say this is the finest truck I've had the pleasure of being around.

That's exactly what I didn't want to hear my 12 only has 18,000 km so way to early to trade in just for ride and options. How's the steering feel, does it still like to wonder?

Same boat here!
My '12 only has 9600 miles on it after almost 2 years of ownership.
Sounds like these 13-14's are awesome!

Steering is redesigned. Zero wandering. One thing im loving is how well it handles. The body roll compared to my gmc is night and day.

Some features and integration of the new 8.4" AN. Backup camera bars now turn when you turn the steering wheel. Neat feature I thought.
Nav
Phone even reads text messages to you while driving.
Haven't quite figured out the UConnect app yet.

Truck features are chosen through the 8.4 now.
Heated cooled seats and steering wheel controls are touchscreen or manual buttons below.
Same with heater. Manual or touchscreen control.
SXM
Bluetooth with phone. Connects wirelessly and streams music on phone or YouTube or Pandora etc.

Nice color same as mine, good to hear about the steering as it was always a sore point with these trucks.

Paint is granite crystal metallic. New for 2014. Few shades darker than the previous grays.

I believe my Dad said when he uses the remote start the heated seats and steering wheel come on automatically. Is that true?

Defrost, driver's side heated seat, heated steering wheel come on. You can change the settings on the radio. I believe I have it all to come on at or below 40*.
