bank approved me for 13k on another truck and the guy dragged his feet so i told him to pack it. id be happy to offer you the 13 if thats enough

What happened to the value on these trucks. A good friend of mine just took a 14k trade on a 05. After listing it for 2 weeks he never got an offer over what the dealer was willing to pay. He said the dealer told him he can not move anything with over 100k on the clock and his loss on the trade is why he has little bargaining room on a new trucks price.
