At least 2 differnt style are made for 2gen, 94-97 and 98-02

The 98-02's have the seatbelt in them. They are more comfy though. I put some 2001 leather seats in my 97 12V. It just confuses people that they need to grab the belt on the b-pillar and ignore the one on the seat.

For reference, the one on the seat stays locked unless it has 12V power.

Only the quad cab seats have the belts in them. I have 98-02 seats in my 94.

Not just quad cabs. Club cabs too. Floors are different regular cab to extra cab.
