I will use filter from jgsturbo(Drive Pressure Particle Trap). Good piece for the price.

Did you get to physically measure yours yet? A 64mm turbine will be a new one on our list of different sizes... His is a 12 blade 67mm exducer turbine (76mm inducer), like I said, I am working on getting 67mm 10 blades made. There is room in even the 60mm turbine 400 series housings to machine them to 67mm.

With the previously mentioned sweet spot for full open stop adjusted on his turbo he sees right around 45psi of boost... As for horsepower, we have not strapped it to a dyno yet, but she sure does hook good

definately keep me posted on that 67 turbine, any idea what could be stuffed in the compressor? if i could turn it to fit a 66ish with the 67 turbine that could be a sweet charger.

I havent gotten mine in just yet, i should see it either tomorrow or saturday though. ill post measurements when i take it apart though.

As in for the bore of the compressor wheel? Same as stock HX35s - 7mm

There are 66mm cast wheels available, but IMHO it's a bit much for said 7mm shaft. 64 is about all the more I would go personally. We went with the billet 63mm from fleece because it has made over 750hp and has proven reliable.

i feel like my drive pressures are going to be through the roof if i push it that far, ill find out in a few months i suppose.
and good to know, ill measure mine just to be sure. is there anything special about the fleece wheels? 750 seems like a big number for the size compressor

They take full advantage of the length of shaft available and don't have a big flat pad under the nut blocking air... Really you have to see one in person to see why they flow so good. Drive pressure would likely be an issue with a VGT due to the lack of a gate. The puller I built will have a steed speed with a gate before the end of next season so we have room to grow with a better pump and more rpm.

They also have a Duramax running 785hp with the same compressor on a Garret Cheeta turbo.

I don't think they were pushing the limits of the stock 64 at 658rwhp... drive pressure more then likely yes since it was on a 6.7, but I think there's enough air for 700hp there. When you get it you'll notice the wheel is what Holset refers to as Machined From Solid (MFS) or in other words it's factory billet

Yes, MFS Holset OEM billet.

Mine is 64/67/VGT I had fleece machine it for my holset wheel and rebuild it. BlackSkyRacing has been very helpful, I owe him more than a few beers.

I'll be running his setup, I haven't built it yet though. Wastegate run on boost, linear actuator for EB and a full open stop.

I cant wait to see what she'll do and see if I can push the limits of it with some larger injectors later.

Which end? Compressor or turbine? Pics would be helpful.
