Common rail balancer fit a vp engine?

I have a brand new fluidampr balancer here for a common rail and was wondering if it will fit a vp44 engine?
04 Cummins QCSB,321,000, ARP's, 103# Valve springs, Pushrods, BD intercooler, Water Meth, UDC, 66 over 80, Banks High Ram, II 125% Nozzles, Fass 150, PPE Dual CP3s, 32k PRV, Hamilton 188/220 Cam

No, it will not. It will hit on the edge of a VP44 oil pan, it interferes. Only visco damper for a 24-valve is one made for a '98-'02.
