Slip yoke help

Question for Ford guys

We are working on a 99 Ford which we've installed a 12 valve. Customer supplied a ZF5 transmission with transfer case attached.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure what transfer case it is. The ZF5 transmission and T-case is out of a 87-94 ford diesel.
Does anyone know what slip yoke would be needed on the output to the rear ? All that I know it's a 31 spline output shaft.
I came up with a Neapco N3-3-2491X, but ... can someone check me on that.
Any help would be appreciated.

Tcase should be a Warner 1356 if that's truly what it's out of.

Thanks, I'll run with that. Looks like the measurements on that line up exactly with our calculations. I owe you one.

I guarantee this is the last fukking swap we ever do !!

Okay I need more help..
We have a 99 ford with a 12 valve installed
we have a ZF5 transmission. (87-94 diesel application)
The clutch pedal is from the same era 87-94
Southbend clutch

We need a clutch master cylinder and or a slave cylinder.
We've made one from two different applications because of the difference between master and slave attachment ends. We just can't get this clutch to release. We have made it release manually with a ratchet strap to test the clutch and it does work. We've tried adding travel. It seems that we just need a stronger slave cylinder. ?!?!?!
