The 2021 will be going back to the CP3. Bosch is an arsehole of a supplier to work with.

Lots of threads on this on TDR. Some “insiders” claim there’s a TSB stating FCA will convert to a CP3 in the case of a failure but nothing has been substantiated yet.

Swap it to a CP3, do a couple other "mods," and never worry about it again.

Leave it alone! Thought the major factor of buying a new one was to have a warranty, and not need to work on it. Now once the warranty is out, game on do whatever, but I say leave it alone for now. I've had the entire fuel system and glow plugs replaced this yr in my Jetta, under warranty, didn't even charge me for the loaner/rental car while working on mine. Work on the '02 if you're bored. I wouldn't even run any fuel additives, don't give them any excuse to void the warranty. Oh, my Jetta is also a CP4 pump.

Dealers will blame anything aftermarket for any issue you'd have. Did you know that an aftermarket air filter can wipe out injectors? It's crazy.

Right on . Get used to the truck. Make sure it's not going to spend time in the warranty, and recall bay. You may get away with putting some wheels on it if you have to, but even then, you'll need to make sure the dealership is on your side when it comes to repairs.

I saw the pictures in the other thread, looks nice. How do you like the power ?

You an FCA guy? There’s a lot of other stuff going on behind the scenes but yea the CP4 wasn’t a great move.

I wonder if the term self-fulfilling prophesy applies? Think and act positive, and the results will follow suit.

Also..I don't believe in luck.

On another note...FCA has more bastard years than not haha
