Glow Plugs

Ok ive had the glow plugs fail on my 7.3ls before, but my '03 was really weird.. I started the truck in the Am no problems.. Drove it to my bros shop, and parked it, sat for 2 days i come back and it will only crank, blowing white smoke, I can crank it for many minutes before it "gets warm" and start.. or a shot of ether right away and it fires up and idles.. Would it be the Glow Plug Relay? Or a fuse?

That's what it sounds like to me. The GPR.
Test it.
I think you should see 11.5 volts from it

If it is the GPR you can just jumper it to get around for a few days. A couple gator clamps and a small wire will do the trick.

Or unplug your AIH relay and use it instead.

Clarification: just jumper it for a few seconds 30 or so otherwise you'll just drain your batteries and possibly burn something up ...
