Help with 12valve build.. TIMING suggestions as well

Hamilton makes a top notch product.. But if your order one, be patient. I just sold the last one out of the warehouse that 75% of us diesel shops use. LOL. Zach seems to never have them in stock. As soon as he gets some, they're sold out! Tells you something though. :)
 
I would highly recommend a manual shifter to be able to hold out gears on the street and light the turbo much faster. Would give you some more streetability with the truck and just make it more fun. If you converter is tight (lower than 1800 or lower stall speed) I would also stay around 24* as it is a good all around timing value from my experience.

I have never driven full cut delivery valves but if you find the truck to be excessively smokey there are some better 7mm diameter delivery valves out which flow as much as your full cuts will. Just another thought.
