From what I can find... M20x1.5? The nut is listed as #100 in the list, look over in the designation column.

I put all the information I could find in this thread in one place so I could print it out to put in the tool box. I thought yal might like it as well. If there are any mistakes please fix them or if you have anything to add that would be helpful, please share.

Ps. Sorry for the bad spelling and grammar.

Cummins thread size data

VE pump fittings
VE lift pump output is M14x1.5

VE Filter head Inlet is M12x1.5

VE Injection pump inlet threads are 12mm x 1.5

P-pump Fittings
M14 x 1.5 inlet and return

If you remove the helicoils from a P7100 case, you can use an M16x1.50 on the feed and return ports.

M18 x 1.5 front port

shaft of a p7100 M20x1.5

VP44 fittings
M14 x 1.5 return

M12 x 1.5 inlet

CR CP3
M12 x 1.5 inlet and return

12V engine bolts
banjo bolt for a 12v injector return line m14x1.5

Front cover long bolts are 2.25” long

front case, front cover, oil cooler, lift pump, oil pan - 8 x 1.25

Side and front motor mounts are 12mm x 1.75, same as head bolts, bell housing adapter and acc. drive mounting bolts.

Damper and flywheel/flex plate 12mm x 1.25.

Thermostat housing, exhaust manifold, turbo flange, p-pump studs are 10mm x 1.5.

The temp sensor in the back corner of the 12v head is 3/4" NPT
There is usually a couple 1/2" NPT ports under the intake plenum, too.

The inlet of the piston lift pumps I have dealt with is 1/4" NPT, some are bigger but can't remember for sure if it's 3/8" or 1/2". 1/4" NPT is dangerously close to 14mm x 1.5.

24V engine bolts
front case, front cover, oil cooler, oil pan - 8 x 1.25

Injector return (24v) M12 x 1.5

map sensor on the side of a 24v head 14mmx1.5 straight thread.

Misc.
Oil cooler pressure fittings (to the turbos) 1/8 NPT and M12x11.5 straight metric oring.

Trans cooler / Heat Exchanger fitting port sizes are
3/8" NPT and 1/2" NPT

inlet oil feed for s300 and s400 chargers 1/4npt

What kind of clearance is there between the return fitting in the rear of head and firewall? Can a 90* m12-AN fitting be threaded in there without hitting firewall or do I need to find a banjo line- AN fitting
