Looking to borrow smarty s03

As the title states, looking to borrow a smarty to enable the high idle on my truck. Figured maybe I'd get lucky and find somebody close, I know diesel auto power rents them but I don't really wanna fork out 600 bucks in a rental

Ever come down towards Columbus to Zanesville area? I'm fine with flashing it with mine.

Too my knowledge it's in the factory computer already, just not always activated, and something in the smarty, once flashed and then returned to stock, it will have it enabled. Supposed to do the 3cyl thing too, but my truck had only ever done the regular high idle.

Mine is super random, I've only ever had it do the 3 cyl a couple times and I've had quite a few -0° f days

My 2nd gen goes to auto high idle if it's below freezing.... then again so does my 3rd gen.

I wish I could go manual high idle for the winters idling all night. The heater won't keep up

2nd gen high idle is air below 32, coolant temp below(I think 60) 3 cylinder high idle is below 15F if I recall correctly. It might be 15F and 0F. I forget. After I returned mine to stock with a smarty, the high idles worked fine. The 3 cylinder high idle definitely was interesting to hear.

Builds heat in the firing cylinders. They are worrying about the low heat cylinders(unloaded) glazing the rings.
