Having the factory exhaust brake is very nice, but when the vgt fails and you upgrade to the 2nd gen swap and an s400 turbocharger, then you loose the ebrake. This keeps a lot of people from changing from the vgt also. Well now you can have the best of both worlds. We have an exhaust brake kit kit that bolts up to the s400. It is a Pacbrake brand exhaust brake, so the quality is great. All youll need to do is clearance to ac lines and battery tray.

Kits start at $1450. We use a basic on/off switch right now just as you would use on a manual truck. We are still working on using the stock e brake switch to activate it. I will keep you updated on the progress. This will hopefully be a free upgrade to the kit once available.

We can put you a kit together anytime. We have ran into fitment issues on a couple trucks. If your using the new style BW FMW race cover, it will need clearanced where the exhaust brake bracket runs beside it. Also, with aftermarket intake horns, some need more spacers when mounting the brake compressor. Other than this, its ready to go.
