'96 12V Fuel Leak

Helping a buddy track a fuel leak on his '96. Truck appeared to be leaking from the fuel filter, so I replaced. 5 mins later, drip...2 seconds...drip...2 seconds, etc.

Leak appears to be coming from the back side of the filter on the head/ manifold side. Don't mess with Cummins much. Is there any common spots they like to leak from in that area? Truck has 74k miles on it. Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

Injector return line.

Rubber hoses at the firewall are also known for cracking

I'd say main return line from the injector pump back to the tank. Pretty common problem.

Nailed it. $7 for 2' of hose and some brake cleaner. Can't beat that.
