Thought I'd give another update. My attorney sent them a letter with no reply.
I have given Fatt more than ample time to refund my money. I have unleashed the cracken on them. The suit will be filed here in WV and I doubt anyone shows so the judgment should easily go my way.
I'm still have not decided whether or not to file criminal charges. I spoke with a friend at the Bureau and from what this person has explained to me, this would be handled on a federal level due to the intrastate transaction.
I am 100% confident the Fatt folks are pure trash. I would rather see ya lighting candles with the money you might want to send them. At least this way, you are getting some value for your dollar.
They will either come to reality and give me my money back or, they'll file chapter 11. If they file bankruptcy, they are going to jail!!!
