New Transducers bad out of the box!

I build on the average 2 transmissions a week for the public 48re are 90% of my business.when I rebuild them I install a transgo kit in every VB to help the shifting issues and increase clutch holding power.
With that being said it seams here lately every transducer that I install in the transmission during the rebuild will be bad on the very first start up.
I do everything I can to keep it from happening what I have tried so far
1. Disconnect both batteries (positive and negative).
2. Drain all power (touch cables after disconnected)
3. Make sure all grounds are good
4. Buy mopar transducers
So is there a way to test these before installing them?
I believe it's the first initial shock from higher line psi blows the diagram or something.what are some of you guys doing to keep them alive on new Trans.
Thanks I have been building Trans for awhile I didn't just start but this seams to be a problem for me. Thanks for the advice in advance!

Have you tried BD's transducers? They have a kit that has the old metal style transducer that will work in the 48RE's.

I have thought about about the BD kit but I wasn't sure if that kit was worth the money or if that style transducer is better then the flat black one.

Yes i can back the truck out of the shop after the first start up and drop it in drive and you can see on the scan tool the GOV PSI will show 6-9# setting still and as I go to pull back into the shop you can tell the truck is in 3rd (limp mode) I can change the new transducer out for another new one and it great after that I bet I have had 10 trucks picked up in the last month that has given this trouble and no one has had a single issue after picking the truck up. A few trucks are hotshot truck that have 5-6k miles since being rebuilt.

We have had the same issue for years. I switched to the bd units about a year ago and 95% problem solved. Every once in awhile i will still have to pop negatives off on a stubborn truck. But the bd kit has been great.
