Help with twins

What would be a good set of twins of a 5x.018 injector?

So you're building a charger setup based around your injectors?

Sarcasm aside, I don't know how many build threads I've read with similar mods to the op and compounds. Not trying to bust your balls but this information is all over the site. I usually like to read the dyno thread because most guys have a hp number in mind for their build.

Especially since you're a manual, I'd do a wastegated 57mm S300 under your 80....should be good for 650-700, and give you absolutely miles of powerband. A 57mm may seem small, but it will be fun.

Would it not have to much drive pressure being a T3 and T4?

What wheel do you have on the 80? Is it the 83?

Nah. I had 72psi drive and 65psi boost with the small turbo wastegated. The big turbo will do most of the work. With no wastegate it was 70psi and 99 drive....that's no Bueno.

It's whatever ATS had in their A3K/5K kit, it looked like a T4. With two turbines and all that exhaust area, it wasn't really a restriction. People talk crap about ATS, but that turbo kit worked really well. The A5K has a 102mm exducer, which made it more like a 75mm than a 71mm. That truck smoke free at 500rwhp and 1300 egt was probably the most fun I've had with a diesel.

They have there decent products as well as not so decent. I think they could have done better by putting a larger housing on the 5k.

I think they might use an S475 now....either way, it's a pretty good setup.

x2 on the 57mm for a manual. It spools FAST! An 80 seems really big for that combo though.

I've got an A3k on my 12v and I've been tossing the idea of twinning it with a 480/87 1.15 T6 turbo I've got lying around. Not sure how well it would work, but should be decent to get me a cool 600hp and tow awesome.
