Bridgestone M729F for 19.5
Double coin
Dayton (Bridgestone)
Roadmaster
Hankook
Contenintal
22.5
Contenintal HDR
Double coin
Course the big name Goodyear michlien carry all them at $500.0/ or.more a tire
Top gear cruise
255/70/22.5 (37") is 1550@70
245/70/19.5 (33") is 1750@70
I might be able to make the 2" veritcal difference between the tires.. IDK yet

I still have those 19.5" wheels if your interested. My neighbor is interested in the tires if you're only interested in the wheels.

Ok, he can't use the wheels, so they'd still be available if you can use them.

Replumbed the air lines. one line had 5/6 butt splices in it... The rear brake line has 3 unions in it..that's tomorrows project..
Kinda want to mount the tank inside the frame.. not sure how that will work with driveshaft routing.
Thinking I should have gotten a bigger manifold...
Axle suspension/dump
Cab air ride,
Inside cab controls
Need to plumb suspension load gauges line still..
And couple ports left for range and splitter control on the transmission
Plus several ports on tank left I can use

I’d love to rip out all the air lines in my truck and replumb it. Like yours there’s so many splices and unions and I’m sure lines that aren’t needed. The air ride is all plumbed up bass akwards, and it’s all tied up in a loom that is impossible to trace. Plus there are 4 air tanks on my truck, a wet tank, two big storage tanks and what I think is an emergency tank. I really need two storage tanks. Having an air dryer the wet tank is always dry when I drain it. Where’d you get the manifold? I like that idea.
It kinda surprises me that the air tanks are inside the frame rails on a lot of trucks. Loose a drive shaft and you loose all your air too. Makes no sense. But then again with everything on these trucks, you run out of space quickly.

Air brakes need a 3 tank system.. wet tank and two dry tanks. Why you have 4 IDK..
I have juice brakes, so I only have one tank for axle, cab and seat suspension systems.
Got the manifold from Parker. The sides are 3/8 and top are 1/4 NPT bosses.. they has hyd and air version.
Their 90° quick connect are swivel, cost more than fixed but so nice when trying to run lines.
I have a 1 peice driveshaft, could always bolt couple drive shaft loops on.. mounting the tank inside would free you frame rails for match saddle boxs

Do you have a preference on juice to air brakes? Air brakes seem to be the cats ass

Got these installed and rear main line ran..
1/4" hard line flex is 1/8"... oh:
Be upping at least the rear line to 1/4" most like both..
Need to replumb frame cross over line on the front axle.. alot of cripped bends in it..
Flex line will be SS from fragola, seams they're only ones that make DOT rated -4 lines

I would ditch the juice brakes. Fml who wants to deal with that. My trucks only have 2 tanks. Wet and dry. That’s it. All 3 trucks are like that. They are fair sized.

Might next year,
I know the 8k steers cane both juice and air, afaik the RS-15 never came with air brakes. Though the RS-17/RS-19 did
The donor has a RS-23 and 18" ring gear
It's possible for next year's project, and I want air disc vs air drum

I don't need a wet tank. With the wet tank there is never any air water in the tank. The truck only ever gets driven in the summer months so I never have to worry about freezing up. Plus, I would put a drain at the bottom of the first tank and drain all the air after ever excursion.

Progress
Before
After...can run rear brake lines now..
Got a pair of 225/70/19.5 mounted and rear suspension sitting on tires..
Got all the slip frame spacers off.. getting alot of the bolts swapped out and tightened down..
Ran across some show truck...
Like to similarly to the cab back and fuel tank area..

Regulations require a wet/primary and a dry/secondary tank.....
I hate doing sh!t twice so I don’t understand the effort and money put out when you probably are going to change it. Especially since this doesn’t seem like a time critical project... and when money would be save on easier and cheaper parts to source.... discs are a nice addition.
