How to acheve proper readings

Here in pensacola, FL diesel tuning is not understood therefore what dynos we have may not be properly operated. Im looking to be informed by anyone who understands how to acheve proper and consistant readings so when i go again i can be sure i can help or ensure its done properly.

the dyno that i use is a dyno jet.
