DT466 Turbo

Have a DT466 in a 4X4 international truck. Early '80's, has the AMBAC 100 pump. Looking for 300 HP. Is there a single turbo that will let me pull with 300 HP and no intercooler and keep EGT's in check? S362? 363? 366?
 
I know a 62X65 will run 300hp all day but I'm not sure about the no intercooler aspect.
