Hamilton 230-240 steel cam and tappets

used as in it was ran in an engine and broken in? or used as it was installed and never ran
 
It has some run time on it. It came from jerry fosters nightmare truck. The tappets and cam were used together but in very good condition. Just going a different route for the current build, if nobody wants it I’ll keep it for a future build
