PPL 3.6 rule changes?

Any one know if there were any changes to the PPL 3.6 rules?

Posted on PPL web site for 2019 rule changes;

Pro-Stock Diesel Trucks (3.6)-
Change-
#4 Maximum engine size will be 460 cubic inches. Engine must come in one ton or smaller truck. Engine must be OEM replacement or its replica. A replica to be considered must retain stock bore spacing and operate with the stock crankshaft for the model without alterations for chassis mounting.

Old wording;

4. Maximum engine size will be 460 cubic inch. Engines
must come from factory in one ton or smaller diesel pickup
truck. Engine must remain in stock location as intended by
manufacturer.

a. No aftermarket blocks permitted.

b. Head must be OEM or OEM one piece cast replica for
that brand engine. No billet heads of any material. Outside
dimensions of cylinder head must measure factory width
and length. Head must retain OEM valve angle.

About time they are allowing aftermarket blocks. Putting a block a year in is getting really olf

If you cant get a block to hold up being deckplated there you're doing something wrong. Theres people out there that have 100 runs on there blocks and dont have problems and are winning or points champion trucks. Badger state isnt allowing billet blocks or heads like PPL wants.

Badger state is trying to locally save a nationally dying class. Opening up the rules for the remaining scheid trucks to smoothly transition to ss once 3.6 is eliminated seems justifiable. although I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing the Duramaxs in state to be granted billet heads. For durability purposes, not like they are going to start winning anytime soon either way.
