upgraded MAP sensor??

Most people use a regular boost gauge to read values over what the MAP sensor can read. As it pertains to tuning and boost limited fueling tables it's still going to reference the factory MAP sensor in most cases.

If you want to read pressure past what your stock MAP can handle, you need a larger one. A 100psi MAP would be an 8 BAR sensor at sea level. Then you would need a scaling feature in your tuning, or adjust every single table that uses a MAP input.

I'd recommend not limiting yourself to the stock location. Find the sensor you want first (get it with a pigtail), mount it on the intake, wire it up, and adjust your tune.

$275.00 !!! Holy freakin' hell!

:bang
Yeah, it does include tuning though. We were looking into it for a buddy of mines build, he didn't really have room for more gauges so he wanted to run everything through the smarty touch and it only sees what the ecm sees. We figured out that the touch is a pos so he switched to an edge monitor.
