No they don't have clamps, you use your factory ones. They pretty much fit just like the stockers.

What was wrong with them and whats the benefit? I'm not familiar with this upgrade.

nothing wrong with them, just need to put money elsewhere right now. They help keep a bigger volume of fuel at the injector tubes and injectors, I guess.
