Gapless rings in dd/tow rig?

Looking for some insight. Had to tear down my motor due to low compression in one cylinder that ended up being a broken ring. As it was, it's a p-pump 24v around 650hp. I use it to daily drive and tow heavy probably 10 times a year. What are everyone's thoughts on gapless rings in this application? Would I be better off with stock Cummins rings?
