94 Ram 2500 Shortbed drag truck roller

Looking to go a different route after I pulled the Powertrain. I’ve made over 50 passes with the truck before taking it apart.
-manual rack and pinion
-a1000 pump w/15gal fuel cell
-pinion brake
-Dana 70 with locker and mag-hytec cover
-5 lug conversion (have all parts Installed but no wheels/tires)
-drive shaft loop
-8 point cage (have a 8 to 10 point add on I can include not yet installed)
-2 leafs w/ caltracs

Was in process of finishing up the front end and gutting interior so some finishing up is required but would make for a great project. $4000 trades welcome.

Seat and shifter wouldn’t be included. I have a pile of other parts that could go with depending on what you need on price. Can take more pics if needed.

I have another truck lined up that would be easier for me to finally finish my project. If it doesn’t sell I’ll continue on with it.
