Fuel System

Any ideas on a new setup?

Currently my trucks running a dual feed, both draw straws out of the tank, one feed goes to an airdog II 165 set at 40 psi and continues to the stock feed on the p-pump, The other feed hits a F/W seperator then onto the mech pump on the side of the block and then to the front of the block.

I just purchased a sump and im thinking of running the airdog feed from the sump and then doing a single draw from the top for the mech pump. Does anyone know if the jeep liberty fuel can mod will fit the 12v electrical connectors and drop in the tank? Also is anyone else runing a dual feed with a better setup? Currently my truck does have the 1/4 tank issues and I like the sump so I would like to keep it in the plan. I've seen a dual feed sump for too...

For background right now the truck has 5x16's and a super b and a built 215 12mm pump. I plan on doing 5x20's with an s475 for the drag strip. So thats what i'll be fueling with this system. Thanks!

I have a fuel sump that goes to my Air Dog. I have eliminated my mechanical fuel pump and running a dual feed kit I bought from Rob. I have the draw straw in the top of the tank, but shortened up the straw and using that as my fuel return.

I think I'll be getting rid of my mech pump as well, and running the same setup as you. Plus itll be cheaper than running new hoses, and more fittings since im moving my AD back a foot or two.
