Transfer case stuck in 4x4.

'96 Dodge 2500
Needed 4x4 to get into my parking space at the fair. When I left the 4WD light stayed on. Didn't seem to be binding, so I assumed the switch stuck.
I know the disconnect in the front axle is working, I jacked it up and checked.
The front drive shaft won't free wheel, it should.
I tried adjusting the linkage, no luck.
So, I believe the transfer case is stuck in 4x4. It will shift in and out of low range, but will not go back into 2WD.
What do I do now?

If the 4wd light is on the switch on the front axle is what is stuck on. Unplug it and see if the light goes out. I would say the issue is in the CAD or the switch in the CAD
