Different 12V head gasket. - Competition Diesel.Com

The bottom gasket is old original gasket and the upper one is some gasket what Margus(Astross) gave to me when I blown my old head gasket. In the upper gasket as you can see is much bigger water holes in it. Now he do not remember where he gets this one.
Can someone help identify this gasket and maybe tell where I can buy one? There is a number on the gasket 3977063
