Forgot to add this on last post.
Only posted that as a fact based follow up for Z. That is not the norm or size of roof, claim value, and frequency.
That home ended up having 2 interior leaks and ceiling staining which allowed for the full ticket to be collected since in Texas you can recover Overhead and profit as a GC. That added a gross value or $8900. So without that the roof and 2 ceiling paint jobs would've been paid at $45k.
They also had a $15k deductible which was stupid being a 2% of value.
