And I'm gonna bet your beer budget from last weekend exceeded $40. Fess up.

You get some of that gate money back if you do it right....always been that way.
 
They made the fees a little better this year.

All persons with 4x4 trucks will be charged the normal front gate fee of $9.00. This will get you into the fairgrounds. All persons with trucks will also be charged the normal pit gate fee of $15.00. Each truck will receive a VOUCHER that will be redeemed at the time of entry, Entry fees for each of the two 4x4 truck street licensed classes will be FREE for all 4x4 truck pullers. BE SURE TO GET A ‘VOUCHER’ FOR FREE ENTRY AT THE PIT GATE.

:hehe:I hear ya. I'm not a serious truck puller. My truck is my DD & tow rig for my excavating business, pull for fun once in a while. Just happen to hold my own.:rockwoot:

I got my first win at Bedford, but that does not mean that the admission fee wasnt out of line last year. 3 1/2 hours to get there, won $125, and spent over $400 in fuel (2 vehicles) with last years price of fuel! You do the math.
Glad to hear that it has changed this year:clap: but Im broke down anyhow.
