I replaced blown out up pipes on a 08 6.4 about 3 months ago. Well a few weeks ago the EBP sensor blew apart. Now the factory one is on about an 8 inch pipe...I'm assuming to keep away from the heat. On the Rudys up pipes the sensor is screwed right into the up pipe.
Well I replaced the sensor and few days ago it did the same thing...literally blow the plastic part of the sensor right out of the brass part.
Just wondering if anybody has made a new tube assembly for the sensor to keep it away from the direct heat. Or should I just turn down the tune so I create less BP. The factory tube will not work with Rudys up pipes.
