White smoke until warmup with higher timing

Hey guys just running something by y'all.
It's pretty normal for a 12 valve to white smoke on startup until warmup with higher timing isn't it?

I'm at 23ish degrees and it's a pretty thick cloud but once the temp comes up it all clears up

O ya my truck puts out white till it gets some heat in the cylinders, then its good
