Interviewing your Diesel Tech

Since I will be visiting my dealer in the not too far future I was wondering what you think are some good questions to ask the tech about his qualifications.
What is the minimum amount of education you would feel comfortable with?
How do I know if the tech has a clue or not? waiting until I get my truck back is to late so I want to get an idea on what makes a good tech and what I should watch out for

I think they have a diesel certification or some sorts which should entail a diploma like object that customer's can see...Or you could ask him how hard it is to change your sparkplugs..lol??? Get documentation of the stock overboost so later down the road they don't blame mods for overboost and head gaskets if you ever need them....

Just ask him if he has ever needed to have his password reset for FMCDealer.com. It usually expires from inactivity. If he isn't on there keeping up, then you might want to go somewhere else.
