4bt Conversion in Jeep TJ w/ auto transmission

I have a 97 Jeep TJ with an automatic transmission. I found a 4bt that came out of a box truck and it has an Allison automatic transmission bolted to it. I was wondering if anybody has advice on an automatic transmission option that will work and allow me to keep the jeep 4wd? I am having trouble finding an automatic transmission and transfer case that will work in such a short wheelbase.

I would think a dodge style auto could be made to work. What if you did a SYE on the rear and clocked the transfer case for the front shaft? (disclaimer, I'm not well-versed in Jeep stuff)
